    Interview

    Submitted resume through Monster. Recruiter contacted me then Clorox flew me to Oakland twice for in house interviews with about 12 people total.

    • Why are you not at manager level after being in your field for X number of years?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    I counteroffered and Clorox agreed to all terms. Of course, this was back in 2007 when the economy was strong for job seekers.
