I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Cobham in February 2011.
Interview Details – Contacted by a recruiter about the position, who conducted a phone screening after I submitted my resume. HR conducted another phone screening a day later. Within a week I was scheduled for a formal interview, which consisted of three individual one-on-one interviews; GM, Director Programs and outgoing Engineering Manager'; and a panel interview with technical staff. My final two interviews were conducted two days later with the VP of Engineering and Executive VP of the Division.
