Interview Details – interview process is good , very technical , so prepare your self before the interview else you may miss the opportunity. the process can go long and can be taken by multiple people on the other end of the phone. sometimes they may ask you tom come in person. manager will have his tech lead take the interview and he himself sits besides and listen to the whole interview and then decides.

Interview Details – Submitted an application through Dice.com, the interviewer was a Sr. Manager, asked me some general technical questions and market developments over the last few years. Intervewer scheduled another call with his architect for further technical questions. Overall wasn't too intense.

Negotiation Details – As expected, the HR low balled me with a terrible offer saying that the opportunity to work for a company like Cognizant was more important than money and they can easily get people from India on L1 visas at a much lower pay. I declined and he called back with a better offer.

Interview Details – Hired as part of the campus recruiting program. There was one interview on campus, and a follow-up interview at the development center.

Interview Question – There were no difficult questions; the interviews were mostly conducted as a dialogue between the interviewer and candidate. They did not ask any cheesy questions.   Answer Question
