Interview Details – Met representatives (including managers and partner) and submitted my resume at a university meet the firms night. About two weeks later I was invited to a pre-interview social where I got to meet more individuals of the firm in a more personable environment. Received an offer about two weeks later. The firm sponsored an office visit for those who received offers. The office visit included informational sessions, a tour of the office, and a nighttime social at a local brewery/restaurant.
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, was a very fair/competitive rate.

Interview Details – Met the recruiter at a accounting conference, applied on my campus, had one interview for the internship and got an offer

Interview Details – A senior partner in the audit department interviewed me personally. Interview took an hour, no quantitative problems asked, only basic interview questions. (how do you work in teams, describe a time you had a challenge and overcame it)

Interview Details – I met with a manager at the firm for a campus interview. I had a chance to talk with them the night before at a networking event and then had the interview itself which lasted about half an hour. The interviewer was extremely friendly and easy to talk with. The interview consisted of going over my resume and then answering a few behavioral questions. Overall it was a good experience and I would consider working with the firm in the future.

Interview Details – On campus one on one interview with Partner. Purely behavioral and fit. No technical. Mostly conversational. Typical questions: name a time you were on a team and a team member was not performing up to par, what is your greatest accomplishment, walk me through your resume, why are you applying for XX position, etc. Easy, just make a good connection with the interviewer.
Interview Question – They were all easy. Just know the basics of the job you are applying for and why you would be a good fit. Also know where you want to see yourself 5, 10 years down the road. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No. Firm offer, not flexible with extending deadline dates.

Interview Details – I first applied to the job on my schools job posting database. I recieved an interview and had a one on one interview with one of Reznick's Auditing Staff. They asked typical questions about my resume and a few behavioral questions. For the internship position I only had to interview once, so they called me back two weeks later and let me know I recieved the position.
