Realtor
Austin, TX

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Coldwell Banker in October 2008.

Interview Details – Very professional, upbeat and positive from the initial interview through all communications. I research the corporate & franchise website to be very familiar with the operations, locations, systems, etc. I devised a list of questions for the interviewer as well. I wanted to make sure it was a company that I wanted to be a part of.

Interview Question – What would previous coworkers say about my work ethic and habits?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No negotiating on compensation only on office perks. My advice would be to always ask for extra things.
