    I was directly contacted by the HR at CBA and was after a brief conversation regarding previous experience/skill sets was assigned a date for the next phone interview. The phone interview was quite straight forward (mostly behavioural) and a positive experience.

    Interview Details

    Initial communications: calls then email confirmation
    Documents preparation: normal but on the stricter side--diploma, transcript, ID
    Number of interviews: several stages, 2 in the 1st stage--written test, then verbal interview
    Perception of the people: high strung and hostile resulting in an electric ambiance but covered with smiling artifice
    Office: comfortable facilities and amenities as only prestigious MNCs. bias to hip and chic, trendy feel
    Work culture: team work emphasis, so God help you if you don't get along with one

    Had to go through two online tests and then was invited for a phone interview before progressing to assessment centre. Overall a very positive experience and the recruiters made you feel very comfortable.

    Invited for a phone interview after passing an online assessment which consisted of behavioural, mathematical and comprehension tests. Interviewed by two hiring managers who are in the credit department. Questions include why you want this job and what do you know about our bank. Next was presented with a business case study which was a bit tricky to answer over the phone. You will need to use a calculator to answer the questions which are simple calculations of profit, revenue and costs. Outcome of phone interview- did not pass the business case study

    online application, online test, phone interview, followed by an assessment centre. The online tests consists of three parts, verbal, numerical and logical reasoning. Each of the part tool about half an hour to complete. The phone interview was mostly behavioural based, no technical questions asked. It was only about 20 minutes.

    Standard Behavior Questions, In the coming future, information system and the networking service is expending to the every aspect of daily business and personal life, there also raising the concern about information security issue such as how to protect the privacy and classified information resource. I have been professionally trained in the information security and information technology management area for about 5 years. I believe I could use my skills which I have learned from University to contribute CBA both professional and best quality service with leading technology. I believe my specialist could help to enhance the security strength of CBA.I am also an active group member, I am enjoy working friendly in either small developing team or large scale group. After 5 year study, I have got my first hand experience in cutting age technology such as J2EE, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008. I also got the first taste of project management experience such as how to deliver the client satisfied product under big pressure and tight schedule. In the meantime, I have learned how to deal with people from different background with different skills and strength. I believe I could fully fill the requirement which the CBA Graduate program needs and looking forward to working in this outstanding organisation.
