I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Continental in June 2012.

Interview Details – I applied online. Was invited for half an hour telephonic interview. Then, was called for assessment center at Hanover. Assessment center consisted of a lot of 1 on 1 activities and group activities. Was informed about the result the next day.
