    After the application process, interview was scheduled within 3 days. Interview process was very quick. Interview was a one time multiple manager process. They interviewed and made a decision within a couple days. Didn't drag it out for weeks like other companies.

    Interview Details

    Extremely detailed. Technical interviews should not be given over the phone but rather in person where the candidate and others can collaborate on the best practices and methods. The hiring manager was the one giving the questions and should of been open to further technical ways to improve the way methods or procedures are met. He was very closed minded with a lot of attitude.

    phone interview then onsite interview, probably overconfident that I would be hired on the spot. i have the experience and the drive but perhaps my age did me in. will give it a shot, still waiting for some response from my interview (7 days). somewhat apprehensive about the "culture" at convergys. my typing was the bomb! and i can navigate 2 tabs at once.

    Interview Details

    The actual interview process was frustrating, and I was very unhappy with it. I understand one needs an up to date computer, of which mine is. But the date was not as current as they needed employees to have, even though each year the components within it are updated by my husband who does all our tech stuff. It successfully passed all the tests, except the age one. I really came away with the "ideology" that they were more interested in my computer than me.

    I been interviewed at Convergys, Lake Mary during their hiring event. After filling application there I been interviewed by team leader. She just followed my application and asked the same questions as in application form. Also she put some notes next to my answer, but mostly rephrased my answer.
    Nothing dificilt, simple question about my background, education, knowledge, what I know about company. After this she described the work I was applying for.

    I applied through other source. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Convergys in November 2014.

    Interview Details

    If your a current employee going for a promotion during your shift you will meet with the operations managers, another manager from the floor and of course someone from HR. They will take turns asking your a question in which you answer to the best of your abilities while they take notes. The questions are very generic, because that's what they are hoping to trick you into giving is generic answers. They want specific details. Which agents you have worked with, what behaviors you have coached, how you coached them and what they results were before and after. The better you answer these questions the more likely you will be to get the position or be a serious contender.

    Most of the time its a lot of ladies in the room. They want to see your personality as well. This is someone they will all have to work closely with in the future and they want to make sure that you are going to fit in with there view of what a work place should be. Show your personality, but be conservative as they do not reward out there personalities no matter how talented.

    Very easy not a big problem the recruiters are confident friendly. Was not prepared took assessment test and was called. Had a phone interview then a face to face to get the jib they hired me right away had to do the drug screening also

    Took a few days from the on line applications through email to set up a personal interview with a hiring manger. Turned out that satellite and wireless internet connection are not acceptable. Very professional and personable interaction.

    First to apply your need to waste your own personal time and take a 150 plus question personality test. I don't know how it happened that companies lost total and complete respect for a persons time. There should be no need for an assessment like that until a recruiter has looked and the resume and decided to move forward pending the outcome of an assessment.

    Interview Details

    This was my first "interview" with the company. There was no interview as such but rather just four assessments including basic computer skills, english, typing and memory test. The english test consisted of 20 multiple choice questions and computer skills about 40 questions. For testing memory they gave a passage to read and then question sheet with space to write answers.
