    I applied online and got a phone call the following week. They interviewed me over the phone first , then asked me to come in person the next day. After the interview they offered me a position with express scripts. A few days later they asked me to come back in to fill out paper work and give me my training schedule

    Applied online, on a Wednesday. Got an email the next day. The following Tuesday I went in for what I thought would be an interview, but wasn't. I took a typing test and a map test. After I was done, I was set up to do an interview the next day. The next day I came in for my interview. It was very laid back and casual. It was more of a conversation, than an interview.

    Interview

    I received an e-mail after I submitted my application online to come and attend a job fair. I went the the job fair on Tuesday and took a map assessment and typing test. I passed and an interview was scheduled for that Friday. Asked a few questions and listened to a call. I was hired on the spot and start the following Monday

    I had 3 Interviews. First 1 was Automated Voice Audition. Then spoke with someone who asked me my experience with the different job descriptions. Billing, Tech Support and Sales. Last same person called me back told me about Hours, Training Times and Dates, et and offered me the Position.

    You go in looking literally however you want. They'll ask you really basic questions and then you also listen to a sample call. They basically ask if you know how to use a phone and then they hire you. Seriously, they hire everyone. If you can't get hired here, you probably failed the drug test or you're a felon.

    On the surface the Interview went very well. They asked questions about the handling of difficult situations and stress management. Went over your resume as they asked these questions. Then if the hiring manager found you fit they offered you the job.

    I applied online and received links to an assessment and computer test right away. Since I applied around Christmas, it took a few days but I received a call from a recruiter for and partook in a phone screening. Typical questions of what the job was, would I accept the pay, is my availability within the parameters, etc. I was then set up for an interview the following day with a different person. There were questions about knowing how to use a computer, router, modem, various components, etc. Very relaxed and straightforward and took about 10 minutes from start to finish. Simple questions no behavioral or anything too involved.

    I submitted an interview online and got a email the same day to call to schedule an assessment…i went to the site for an assessnebt. The assessment was nothing but a role play for a customer service rep. After the assessment I stayed and did an interview. It was all senaro based questions nothing hard. Friendly staff… really nice… It took maybe a hour and a half. I was sent home and told someone would call me, a few hours later they called and I got hired.

    Applied for at Home Agent. I was contacted thru email the same day by a recruiter to test my computer to ensure it met requirements of the job. I was also sent a series of behavioral questions, a typing test and an activity to walk you through the day in the life of a CSR. Once I completed the all the tasks, - I was emailed to interview 2 days later. I was hired after a 60 min phone conversation/interview.
