    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Cvent in February 2014.

    Interview Details

    I was initially contacted via email to set up an interview with the recruiter. The interview was set up very quickly and within a couple days the recruiter called me. We spoke on the phone regarding my experience but she informed me, based on my answers and length of time in the field (4 years) that I may not be qualified for the senior level position and asked me if I would consider a "non-senior" level position. I said I definitely would be interested. She was definitely taking notes as we spoke and going off a questionnaire of some sort. She asked me if I was okay with the location in McLean and if I was okay with working a 45 hour work week. I answered yes to all those questions. She said she would forward my information on to the hiring manager and get back to me for follow-up. I did not hear back from them for 24 days. They emailed me to set up a phone interview with a hiring manager. At this point I had already accepted a position somewhere else.
