    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a weekinterviewed at Deep Focus (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2013.

    Interview

Deep Focus contacted me via LinkedIn and said that they were impressed with my credentials. I did an HR phone interview where they asked the basic questions (why Deep Focus, tell me about your history, what drives you?), and then was asked to come in for an in-person interview.

Did my in-person, where I was told about the structure of the department - who I would be answering to, potential ways the (new) department would be built-out in terms of personnel and was asked my opinion on how to set-up a management structure.

After the interview, I waited to hear back from them - and after not having heard back from them - I attempted to reach the HR person and the person who interviewed me, and never got a response back from anyone.

Needless to say, I was not offered the job or any sort of follow-up.
