Customer Service Ticket/Gate Agent (Ready Reserve) Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in August 2015.
Applied online.. After a few online assessments, got a "congratulation on getting this far" note at the end and to expect to hear from them soon. A day or two later received an email invitation to do the HireView interview. Completed the interview and got another email confirming it and was told to be patient, due to the high volume of ppl applying, to hear back about the job. It's been 2+ weeks now. Just waiting to hear back, hopefully I get another interview. Good luck you guys!!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Anaheim, CA) in November 2013.
Position in Orange County,CA - applied November 19, 2013 - phone interview November 20, 2013 Applied online at delta.com which consisted of uploading resume, taking online assessment, and completing application. I received a phone call the following day from "00" I let the call go to voicemail. The call happened to be from someone in HR at Delta and asked to return call anytime between 0700-2300 central time. I returned the phone call later the same a day, and greeted by a highly animated and very friendly rep in HR...who asked if I had a moment to answer a few questions. I must admit he had me laughing the entire 15-20 minutes or so on the phone. At the end of the call, he placed me on a brief hold while he entered notes related to our phone call, stated everything went well and that he was submitting my information to the folks in Santa Ana, CA - he also mentioned someone locally with delta may call or email within a few day to set up interview...however with Thanksgiving holiday approaching could be a little longer. At this point I'll cross my fingers and eyes that I get that call to set up F2F interview, if not then it wasn't meant to be. *** Interview Questions Asked *** How long were you employed with your last two employers, and why did you leave? I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines.
Initial interview was conducted the day after I inquired online about the position. Google "STAR Interview techniques" and prepare for your phone interview. Speak with a smile, tell them something good about their company and highlight your abilities.

The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in February 2012.
I applied to Delta mid-January, completed the personality test, the online application... and about a week after I had done the online application, I recevied an email to call them right away. I called and had a phone interview - admittedly I thought of AMAZING answers after the phone interview and was kicking myself, but they was I had passed and was being sent to a senior recruiter for review, who would call if there were any additional questions. I didn't hear back AT ALL after that, and have been constantly calling about every other week to get an update. Today I was told that I would be on file for six months, which *sigh* basically means I wasn't chosen this time around.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (South Florida, FL) in August 2011.
Applied online which consisted of uploading resume and taking online assessment test. Was called 2 days later and was given a mini phone interview with HR. I was told I passed that portion and next needed to go online to complete an application (which was essentially re-entering my resume and answering a few questions). Three days afterward I received an email saying they were no longer interested in me! WHAT?! How did that happen? Nothing changed from when I submitted my resume to entering it on their application. I had no further interviews that would make them decide not to continue further. I am left completely confused as to why I wasn't given a 1:1 interview if I had passed everything. Strange ....
