Interview Details –
Opening phone screening interview with HR recruiter, interview with VP HR, Round Robin interview with department heads, interview with SR VP (hiring Mgr), three personality profiles, critical thinking test.
Each interview covered somewhat different ground and each interviewer came with prepared questions relevant to the position and required skills. I was difficult to understand why the previous person in the position had not been successful.
Interview Question – There weren't really any difficult questions. The critical thinking test was a very short version of the Watson Glaser test and several questions were poorly written. Answer Question

This was a very ordered process starting with an initial phone interview for screening purposes and then a follow up in-person interview with the HR manager and hiring manager.
Both were very professional and respectful. The follow up was impressive and made me feel as though this company was humanizing the hiring process.
HR manager was more than responsive to my follow up inquiries, offered apologies when the process took longer than was initially expected, etc.
Very positive experience overall.

Interview Details – Professional, courteous, organized. No bias felt. People were well prepared but seemed cold, not too personable. Commented on how there were many changes in the fast-paced culture. Spoke of the challenging work environment and saw the need for improvement in process management and communication with cross-functional teams. Was encouraged by opportunities for growth within the company.
