The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Design Hotels in February 2010.
Campus recruitment so there was a 1-on-1 interview with the HR director. Warm and interactive interview, seemed more like a conversation instead of a formal interview. Really flat hierarchy in the office, with everyone on a first name basis. Also, work culture is quite casual and relaxing, smart casual attire (jeans allowed). Second phase was an interview with the head of department over phone, which was more about understanding the job description and having a preview into what the job was like.
