Software Developer (Assistant Vice President) Interview

Anonymous Employee
Cary, NC

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Deutsche Bank in July 2013.

Interview Details – The process was extremely easy. I had a brief phone call with the hiring director, and later that week came in for a 3 hour in person interview. I met with 4 or 5 members of the team. The next week they made an offer.

Interview Question – None of the questions were very difficult, they mostly asked me to describe my skills and general approach. We did some whiteboarding exercises as well.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Negotiation was aggressive. I was actively pursuing other offers at the time, and they had a negotiator type person call me and ask what it would take to get me to accept the offer that day. They bumped up their offer an additional 5k and I accepted.
