I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at DialAmerica in July 2010.
Interview Details – You pretty much get a call back right away. There is a background check, but not very extensive. (Cannot have anything such as fraud on your record.) The interview is simple and they have training classes frequently, so it's a very quick process.
Interview Question – During the interview, you are required to read a script because it is a telemarketing job. It wasn't hard for me, but you should be able to read well. View Answer
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days - interviewed at DialAmerica in August 2010.
Interview Details – Very relax & friendly atmosphere with people from different background. I really got along with all five of my interviewers and felt positive about my responses. Although I thought I was a great match for the position (based on the job description), I was told later on that the company has decided to find another candidate with a very specific industry experience, which I did not have.
The process took 5 days - interviewed at DialAmerica in April 2012.
Interview Details – I applied for the job online. I immediately received an email while I was still online to take a psychological profile which I think was actually a skills test because no answer seemed to be right or wrong. I took the test and then received a telephone call to come in a couple of days later for an interview with a woman. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes for the interview. The woman showed me to a room and told me to take another computer test. On the first screen I hit a wrong key and the screen went blank but I was able to do two or three more screens. Then a young man met with me and he asked me a lot of questions and explained that he had worked up from call center agent to his current position in HR. He said that the start time was 8 a.m for the job. I didn't get the job probably because my call center experience dates back to 1983 in a company where I was promoted several times overe a ten year period. I called two weeks later to find out whether I was under serious consideration and was told that I wasn't because they were flooded with applicants who were more qualified.

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at DialAmerica in October 2011.
Interview Details – I had a phone interview first, then it took me about a month to get in for a face-to-face interview.
In the face-to-face interview, the questions asked threw me off gaurd. She asked me if i had applied anywhere else and where i applied. is that appropriate?
The process took 2 days - interviewed at DialAmerica in March 2011.
Interview Details – Very basic interview, however the day I was there the hiring manager was out, so I was to be interviewed by another manager.
