Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at DialAmerica in May 2011.

Interview Details

I got a phone call about a week after submitting my application. I was asked some general questions like how many states were in USA, if I could list popular credit card companies, etc. Then, I was scheduled to come in for an in-person interview. The lady in HR seemed friendly and had been with DialAmerica for a long while. I was impressed that she had worked her way up from being an agent to working in an office.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. I worked a shift with a fixed pay rate and that was that. Make sure you can pick your hours wisely. They frown heavily on calling out/in because they need to assure their clients that X amount of people are always available to take calls. If they fall below that guaranteed number, they could get in trouble.
