College Program Attractions Interview

I applied online and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program.

Interview Details – You have small presentation on the website, then you fill out the application, after you will be sent an e-mail to do a web based interview to talk about the type of person you are (BE VERY HONEST) questions like: On a scale of 1-5 do you consider yourself a positive person? After that if you pass that stage they will invite you to have a phone interview. The phone interview depends on the area you want to work in. Since I wanted to work at attractions all my questions were related to that.

Disney College Program Fall/Fall Advantage 2014 Interview

Disney College Program Fall/Fall Advantage 2014

I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program in March 2014.

Interview Details – I applied on Sunday, February 23rd . I received the Web Based Interview that night, completed it and was immediately asked to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer asked questions about my work history, situational questions, and a couple of role based questions. I was not asked any questions about the role I was eventually offered (Attractions Cast Member).

Interview Question – What would you do in the event of an emergency   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Negotiation is NOT permitted. Additionally, make sure you make any preferences you have vis a vis ALL ROLES you indicate interest in at the time of the interview. It is not possible to make a request after you are given an offer. I fell into this trap, as I was offered a role I was not asked about during my interview and therefore did not have the opportunity/foresight to request a particular attraction.

The first question is always why you want to work for Disney; so make sure you have that. Choose your top three roles that you are interested in, then a series of questions regarding the roles.
