I applied online. The process took 3 months - interviewed at Disney College Program.

    Interview Details

I applied online through the Disney College Program site. After about 2 months, I got an email from Disney saying that I was a good candidate for the position, so they wanted me to take an online personality quiz. After taking the quiz, I was told (immediately after) that I was still eligible and to set up a phone interview. I selected a time that I was free and they called during the window. The representative was so sweet and fun to talk to, which made the interview overall pretty easy and stress-free.

    Interview Questions
    • They asked me what three jobs I wanted at each park (since they have different opportunities), why I wanted them, and why I was qualified for each of them.   Answer Question

Applied online then had to take a personality screening test online. I passed this, then went on to a phone interview a week or two later. During phone interview, I was asked about my interest in the program and confirmed position interests along with general interview questions such as personal strengths and weaknesses. Overall a quick and relatively painless process.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program in March 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied on Sunday, February 23rd . I received the Web Based Interview that night, completed it and was immediately asked to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer asked questions about my work history, situational questions, and a couple of role based questions. I was not asked any questions about the role I was eventually offered (Attractions Cast Member).

Negotiation is NOT permitted. Additionally, make sure you make any preferences you have vis a vis ALL ROLES you indicate interest in at the time of the interview. It is not possible to make a request after you are given an offer. I fell into this trap, as I was offered a role I was not asked about during my interview and therefore did not have the opportunity/foresight to request a particular attraction.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program.

    Interview Details

You have small presentation on the website, then you fill out the application, after you will be sent an e-mail to do a web based interview to talk about the type of person you are (BE VERY HONEST) questions like: On a scale of 1-5 do you consider yourself a positive person? After that if you pass that stage they will invite you to have a phone interview. The phone interview depends on the area you want to work in. Since I wanted to work at attractions all my questions were related to that.

Did the online application. Long but basic. Don't think too hard, just answer truthfully. Some weeks later, got an e-mail to schedule the phone interview. Questions consisted of: what roles of disney would you like to participate in and why. Questions that followed pertained to the roles selected. And then they asked if you have any questions and explained that an email will be sent about whether or not you've been accepted.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program.

    Interview Details

Applied online and have to pass an assessment in order to qualify for an interview. Basic questions, don't answer neutral, be opinionated, nice, on time, etc. A couple days later you get an email to schedule a phone interview at whatever time is convenient for you. Phone interview is basic. They ask what your top 3 roles will be and to rank them. They ask pretty general questions that pertain to the roles you picked. Afterwards, they ask if you have any questions for them and then let you know you will be informed by email of a decision.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Disney College Program in October 2012.

    Interview Details

Really simple. First interview is the 'web based interview'. Standard online questionnaire. After you pass you get pick out a date for the phone interview. The first question is always why you want to work for Disney; so make sure you have that. Choose your top three roles that you are interested in, then a series of questions regarding the roles. The interview is extremely relaxed.
