Interview Details – Filled out an application online. Took 4 months to email me back. The email consisted of an online interview and it will tell u if you passed. If you pass then you schedule a real interview with HR. the interview was basic. They talked about my previous job experience and why I wanted to work for disney

Negotiation Details – NONE I was offered very low wage but took it to work for mickey. Now I would have never taken it. They sell you a dream.

Interview Details – Several panel interviewa with directors, GMs and senior chefs along with 2 day cooking demonstration showing 8 different techniques including chocolate sculpting, breads, banquet plates, fine dining plates, mini pastries and buffet.

Interview Details – Filled out online paperwork and never got a call or email. Waited 6 months on the dot and applied again. Was emailed within the hour about an online interview(really easy basic personality questionnaire). 20 minutes after that emailed to schedule a face to face interview within the the 7 next days. Showed up 20 minutes early, waited for an hour and finally got in. Really basic tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for Disney?. After interview I was told the initial job I applied for would require a 2nd interview and the next available date for it was in June and it isn't guaranteed I would be hired for it. Or I could take an attractions job and start immediately, so I took the guaranteed money.

Interview Details – The first step in the process is sending in an electronic application along with your attached résumé. Shortly after that their computerized system weeds out the applications that not suited for further phone interviews( it should be noted that I was originally weeded out by the computer but got a phone interview which they overrode the computerized system and allowed me to proceed in the hiring system).

The phone interview consists of situational and behavioral questions. Unlike the review before this, I believe that these questions were very simple for someone with previous experiance in guest service. I felt it was a very fair and balanced interview.

About three weeks after this phone call I got an email to schedule am in person interview with three lodging leader ( a panel interview). Your interview may also be over the phone if you are not close enough to complete it in person. This interview asked leadership style questions. Again, very straightforward. It may be intimidating for some with three leaders listening. But I personally had no problems . I was contacted about my offer three weeks later.

Now I will agree, the process is lengthy, however it needs to be to accommodate such a large volume of applicants. Disney is focused on finding the best candidate. Patience is nessesary in leadership so you must be able to handle it in the process

Interview Details – I applied via Disney Careers for Photopass Photographer May of 2012. I did not hear back for a web-interview until September of 2012. I completed the web-interview and was then asked to schedule an in-person interview. I went to the interview and it turns out, there were no positions available for Photopass. We ran through a couple of different options such as Lifeguard, Attractions, and Merchandise. They all pay very little so I was close to saying no, but the recruiter found "Convention Event Guide" which he felt fit perfectly under my current major in college - Hospitality Management. I agreed. For this role you bring event guests into the park through bus or main entrance to their venue, take them back, and secure their event area from others.

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. It was a take it or leave it, type of deal.

Interview Details – Applied online received a email within 30 minutes for web based interview. It tells you right away if you based and schedule a in person interview. Wait until someone calls your name and make sure you have good availability that is what they are looking for at least 3 days

Fast forward to the in person interview, I had applied to store operations and was met with one hiring manager. Interview was polite and casual. All questions were behavioral with some situational.
