Store Manager Interview

Store Manager

I applied online and interviewed at Dollar Tree.

Interview Details – After waiting several weeks to receive a call back after submitting my resume, the interview process turned fast and furious. I received a call from the district manager who scheduled an interview two days later. This was a 30 minute interview, very conversational to cover my experience. Within the next 10 days, I had interviews with an HR rep, training manager and regional. All very basic behavior/competency based questions.

Interview Question – None - all really were basic 'canned' quesiotns   Answer Question

Dollar Tree Cashier Interview

Dollar Tree Cashier

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Dollar Tree in May 2010.

Interview Details – The interview process was very simple. I applied to the store online. I received a phone call to schedule an interview. I arrived at the interview clean, wearing slacks and a nice shirt, and alive with a pulse. There was no real substance to the interview. I was told to come back the next week for paperwork and training.

Interview Question – I was not asked any questions - not even about why I wanted to work there!   Answer Question
