Interview Details – started out by applying for the position on company website. received a call and completed a phone interview. was asked on site for 1:1 interview. Was contacted about 2 weeks later and recieived an offer. At the time I had no other opurtunities and was not in a position to negotiate the salary.

Negotiation Details – based on my qualifications I recieved the highest possible starting salary for my position that I was aware of after speaking to other employees in my position
