The people are very friendly. I had first round of interviews on campus and the second round was at the EY office. Really good experience overall. They want to see if you fit with the company culture.

    Interview Questions
    • The case interview was a little difficult because they asked some accounting questions and I am not an accounting major. Make sure you know how to do a SWOT analysis.   Answer Question

First round of interviews was just one 30 minute interview. This was mainly just a conversation, I was very surprised that he did not ask me a lot of questions, I think the purpose was mainly to see if I was a good fit and could hold a conversation.

Final round was an office interview. Consisted of two behavioral (asked the normal behavioral questions) and a case (which was pretty straight forward, Identify the risks you see with their current operations...).

First interview was on campus. 30 min behavioral just basic "tell me about yourself", past work experience, relevant classes. Got an email a week later to set up a visit and more interviews at the NY office. That day consisted of 2 Behavioral interviews and 1 Case Study. Pretty Simple, they more want to know how you think and what kind of person you are.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at EY.

    Interview Details

One campus interview, a writing assessment, two behavioral interviews and a case interview. The interview process wasn't too taxing, don't over think the interview, typical behavioral interviews all in all it was a laid back process.

    Interview Questions
    • The case interview was stressful going into but I found it easy once I started, the interviewer somewhat guides you on the issues and they are more interested in how and why you think not necessarily what is the correct answer. Be confident and support your answers. Be rehearsed on business tactics like SWOT analysis.   Answer Question
    Reasons for Declining

I'm more technology side: Business Analyst as opposed to doing accounting audits. I chose to stay with my passion of IT BA instead of taking the accounting route.
