The people are very friendly. I had first round of interviews on campus and the second round was at the EY office. Really good experience overall. They want to see if you fit with the company culture.

    Interview Questions
    • The case interview was a little difficult because they asked some accounting questions and I am not an accounting major. Make sure you know how to do a SWOT analysis.   Answer Question

First round of interviews was just one 30 minute interview. This was mainly just a conversation, I was very surprised that he did not ask me a lot of questions, I think the purpose was mainly to see if I was a good fit and could hold a conversation.

Final round was an office interview. Consisted of two behavioral (asked the normal behavioral questions) and a case (which was pretty straight forward, Identify the risks you see with their current operations...).

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at EY in November 2014.

    Interview Details

First round is on-campus which is all behavioral and friendly. Next round is at the Alpharetta office where you get to stay at a hotel and have a pre-interview dinner. The following day is 3 rounds of interviews, back-to-back. All behavioral questions again. They are very big on personality and getting to know who you are. After the 3 roundsSo it's more about personality matching than whether you've got what it takes to do the job.

    Interview Questions
    • Many questions on how you resolved a team conflict and how you deal with people in your team/position of authority. A lot of the questions overlapped between the 3 interviewers.Tried to give different examples for the same questions but ended up telling the same stories a few times   Answer Question

A writing assessment is required for interviewing with advisory group. Pre night before 1st round on-campus interview. The next day was a 1-1 behavioral interview. Very standard process. 2 days after 1st round, I received a call saying I was invited to the office visit which is the 2nd round interview and was asked to choice a day (next week or the week after). 2nd round started with a breakfast at 8:30am with other candidates from the region, hosts of each candidate, and recruiters. Breakfast ended around 9:50am. There were 3 one on one interviews. My first one was a case interview with a 10 pages doc. But all you need to know is the SWOT analysis. My second and third interview were very conversational based. We talked about my resume, my school work, previous internship experience. I told the recruiter that I was going overseas the day after tomorrow so I may not be able to answer calls. She said no problem. And the next day she called me saying she wanted to let me know I got the offer before I travel overseas. Very considerable. =)
