I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at EY.

The interviews were really laid back and mainly behavioral. During the second round there is a case interview but it's not too bad. They just want to see your thought processes. Overall not bad.

Applied through university's career center and through company's website. Was invited to interview, and attended pre-interview dinner. Met with interviewer, other candidates, and former interns. Interview consisted mostly of case study, and behavioral questions. Interviewer said he was impressed, but I didn't get an offer. Overall a fairly pleasant experience.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at EY in October 2013.

    Interview Details

Applied through the campus recruitment. Received first round interview right after the career fair and invited to pre-night social event. Heard back for 2nd round in a week and going to the office next week!

    Interview Questions
    • 1st round is pretty much all about behavior questions, they have a sheet of questions to go through. Some interviewers might be very conversational but mine is all behaviors. e.g.: Tell me about yourself, tell me a time when you have some difficulties in a team. 2nd round is consist of a case and two behavior questions but I heard the case isn't too hard. Just have the basic framework (e.g.: SWOT) in mind and you should be good to go.   View Answer

Campus Recruiting - Submitted resume, and got selected for first round of Interview.

First round of interview consisted of behavioral questions like :
    1) Why did you choose EY?
    2) Tell me about a time when your team was behind schedule and what you did to resolve this
    3) What have you learnt from your studies?

Interviwer was extremely nice and for the most part, we were talking about my academic program (Masters in information systems), and hobbies / extra-curricular activities.

A week later, I recieved an invitation to attend a second round interview, which will be at the end of the month.

This day consisted of three interviews- 2 regular interviews and 1 case study interview. Interviews were straightforward and pretty painless. They are really nice at superday and accommodate to you very well. Definitely a positive experience.
