Customer Service Center Assistant Manager Interview (Negative Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Eastern Bank in October 2012.
Interview Details – After submitting what turns out to be a pre-application online, I had a phone interview with the Human Resources recruiter for the position, and was invited in for an interview with the hiring manager. I went to the interview, and the manager was 30 minutes late for the appointment. I then completed a paper version of the application, and met with the hiring manager. We had a 45-50 minute interview, which seemed to go well. She told me that she had a number of additional interviews scheduled, and that it would be about two weeks before I should expect to be contacted.
I immediately followed up the interview with a thank-you note. Two weeks later, I followed up with an email and one week after that I tried contacting the interviewer who was "unable" to take my call.
