I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Edward Jones in February 2012.

Interview Details – I had a good phone interview. Then emailed me a detailed interview template to fill out the answer. It took days to fill out the questions. I got the impression that they were lazy to interview and sent their internal interview template and asked me to fill it out. It was loooong and ridiculous.
