Interview Details – I got call from the consultant and submitted my resume. An interview date and time were fixed within 3 days and then I reached to company office on sheduled date. First the technical round was conducted. There were 2 interviewer. They asked me java collection API, Thread Model, IO classes, Data Structure algorithm, JDBC, Servelet, JSP and EJB. I was able to answer almost 65-70% correctly. Then HR round was conducted. They asked me my current salary structure and offer me around 20% hike. The HR person was very much helpful and cooperative.
Interview Question – Design the UML diagram to implement the security roles and responsibilities for various users for a web applications. Like Groups, Permissions, User etc and association between these entities. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I was expecting atleast 30% hike. So I declined the job offer.
