I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Eni in April 2013.

    Interview Details

The interview process was very well conducted. I was referred through a local recruiting agency and was placed in the role. It did take roughly 4 months before I was confirmed and the position was not a full-time role as I was initially interviewing for, but it was good change of pace compared to my previous role.

    Interview Questions
    • It was primarily a behavioral interview. Everything was based more on a personality fit. My resume proved I had the skills.   Answer Question

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Eni in October 2012.

    Interview Details

The company does not post vacancies and does not have recruiters/headhunters. Almost all local hiring is done through employee recommendation and connections.
Slow HR process. Interview was based on STAR with some technical questions pertaining to the job.

    Negotiation Details
I was informed by HR that there is very little room for negotiation. I asked for the max possible and I got it. I negotiated 3 weeks annual leave and got it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Eni.

    Interview Details

Two rounds interview. Discussion was mostly about behavioral questions, reasons to leave previous job, what's expected from the position. They didn't ask many typical HR questions, mostly practical and without any pitfalls. They didn't go technical, maybe because the interviewer wasn't familiar with some technologies. In general the process was good.

extremely unprofessional and improvised, it took 25 mins and then they did a verbal offer. avoid this company unless you are unemployed

    Reasons for Declining

just by observing the atmosphere in their offices you see the story. stressed, unstructured, dictatorial, terrible work-life balance. they aim to be international but really don't like working with other nationalities like french or even Brits!!

I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Eni in February 2013.

    Interview Details

I sent application email and called back after 1 week. The face-to-face interviews are done in one day: one with HR, one with Hiring Manager and Spv. At first I applied to Treasury position. As the interviewers saw that my profile is more related to Budget then they offer a Budget position. Result of interview was informed right after. Negotiation was done 3 weeks after interview, continued with med check.

Hiring is usually done from Rome and most employees there are expats with fat benefits. When hired locally it is done through headhunters. Interview process is a bit shady. They will hire you if you appear decent and accept lower pay. They will ask you technical questions about the position which can be specific (con tango curves, arbitrage opps, derivative pricing)
