    Interview

The first step was a rather informal phone interview with a current project manager. We discussed the job, went over my resume and he allowed me to ask questions. I then flew out to Madison for an on-site interview. It was very typical, with common interview questions you would get from any other employer

    Interview

Email from recruiter led to a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty general, invited for an interview, but I declined. There seems to be a consensus that the interview process is pretty long. I was not interested in relocating to Wisconsin.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Epic Systems Corporation (Verona, WI) in April 2015.

    Interview

Applied through a campus recruiter in March (2015) and was contacted two days later for a phone screen. Took the online personality test and logic quiz and did well on them. the phone screen was basic resume review, why epic, why project management questions.

Moved forward to the second round interview on site a week later, and it was a blast. The company has a fun culture and creative headquarters with innovative, demanding work. Had a product orientation, a few one on one interviews, a ten minute presentation, and a case study.

Heard back a week later with a job offer. Happily accepted!

I applied online – interviewed at Epic Systems Corporation (Madison, WI).

    Interview

Phone interview was straightforward. They ask a couple questions about your resume, if you are willing to relocate, and a few other simple questions. After the phone interview, I was asked to take a skills assessment. If you have taken any math it is fairly easy. Don't stress these parts too much. I am waiting to hear about the onsite interview.

    Interview

Met recruiter at career fair and talked about my fit with the company. Had a phone interview the next week. Did well on the phone interview, but then came the tests. I took one extremely difficult test that asked ridiculous questions. Then I had to be monitored to take another test. After I completed the tests, I was declined another interview. Had an extremely positive image of this company until I had to take the ridiculous tests.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Epic Systems Corporation.

    Interview

I submitted an application through the resume and was emailed to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 25 minutes and very casual. They asked why I wanted the job and about experiences on my resume that would help me in the job. There was a skills assessment that took around 2 hours and a personality profile to complete. The skills assessment was pretty difficult.

    Interview

It was a relatively informal interview with a person in the position that I applied for. Very helpful in getting to know epic and what it would be like to work there. They are very friendly during this screening and really just want to get a sense of who you are as a person.

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted a few days later to set up a phone interview, and take the skills assessment and Rembrandt Profile.

The Assessment is a lot like the SAT/GRE. There are four sections- math, critical reading, programming/learning a new language, and a timed portion with 10 questions. You don't necessarily need to study for it. But if you are one of those people who feel like they have to prepare for something then go ahead and do a practice SAT or GRE test. Or you can just look through all the reviews on here and you'll get a good idea. I had the phone interview after taking the assessment.

The phone interview was good, it was pretty casual. The phone interview was by a current PM and he basically introduced epic and what a PM does at EPIC and then a few housekeeping type stuff. overall it was good.

I am still waiting to hear back from them after the phone interview. It takes about a week to 2 weeks between each thing, like it took a week to set up the phone interview and they said they will get back to me in a week or 2.

    Interview

I applied online for an Operations position and heard back within a few days from a recruiter saying that they thought I would be a better fit for the PM position. I immediately applied for the PM role and received a response within a few days to set up a phone interview, schedule a skills assessment test, and a personality Remembrant test. The Remembrant test was fun and took about 30 minutes. The phone interview is really relaxed. It's just a current PM in the position getting more information on your background...I just had the phone interview, so I haven't heard back yet.

I guess I got a little too excited!

    Interview

applied online via university's career services website. got back to me the next day about an interview and set up an interview the following week. before the phone interview i took two tests, not too bad, you can find a lot of the hard questions online on this website and careercup. days after i took the test i kept realizing the questions i got wrong, but still made it to the next round. went on an on-site interview, felt nervous because there were so many people interviewing, but the process was super organized and went smoothly. i enjoyed the campus and the people i met. got a call three days after my visit with an offer. i'm a decent interviewer, and had good grades (3.5+) and recommendations.
