Verification/DI Pharmacist Interview

Verification/DI Pharmacist
Albuquerque, NM

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Express Scripts in December 2011.

Interview Details – I was interviewed and hired over the phone. It was a very simple process and they were very friendly people. After my phone interviews, I was directed to a website where I finished all of the paperwork required to become an employee. On my first day, I was assigned a mentor / training pharmacist to familiarize me with standard work process. I also was given the paperwork and instructions to sign up for benefits. Very friendly people.

Interview Question – The most unexpected question was about prior negative job experiences and how I reacted to them. Since I had had several such experiences during 21 years of being a pharmacist, this question was not difficult to answer.   Answer Question
