Interview Details – At first, the interview process was very similar to most employers. I went to the career fair gave my resume and later they contacted me to interview on campus. The interview on campus was normalt. They asked questions about my career goals and previous leadership experience. Then I was invited to go to Houston to interview for the position. Well, once I arrived, the whole interview process other than a couple of questions was me asking questions. They evaluated me based on how well I asked questions.

Interview Details – I was asked about my past backround experience, ti was very focused on my ability to stand up different tasks at one time and rëated working jobs experience. As procurement is a new and demanding area in my country, they were interested in a way I am prepared to do it.
Interview Question – What si your weakest point? View Answer
Pros:
-Good Positive Owner (This could be a con if you have a very poor leader)
-Fair starting pay. (I did start off at $8.50, but I'm request $11.00 an hour due to being an office manager now.(Not Accepted or denied for now, waiting to hear anything…
