    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Eze Software (Boston, MA) in April 2014.

    Interview

Interview structure was two managers followed by a director. Mostly behavioral questions. I showed up at their office HQ in Boston where a recruiter brought me down to the interview room. Each section of the interview was about a half hour, so the total interview time was an hour and a half. The third interviewer (the director) I feel like was mostly a formality. He told me a little bit more about the company and made small talk, before he strongly hinted that I was going to get an offer.

    Interview

Applied online and had a 30 minute phone conversation regarding my work experience, how I chose Syracuse, why I chose my major, what my future plans are and etc. Then gave me an email the next day regarding a face-to-face interview, however, I was living in New York and they're located in Chicago, so we set up a 3 hour Skype interview.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Eze Software (New York, NY) in April 2015.

    Interview

First was a phone interview with HR to gauge interest in fin tech and overall fit. Right after, I was invited to a 2-hour Skype or in-person interview, and I chose to go to the office. Interview was a little over two hours with two different people and included situational, behavioral, and some logic questions. If all goes well you will be invited to a final round interview in the office, again two hours long and this time with 3 director/VP-level people. This time they really grill you to determine whether or not you can handle the role.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a situation where you dealt with a difficult client.   Answer Question
    • Why Eze? Why FinTech?   Answer Question
    • Situation questions involving how you deal with stress, prioritization, time management.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Eze Software (Boston, MA) in September 2013.

    Interview

First interview is either on campus or over the phone. This is a two part interview, first more about yourself, what you've done, etc. The second part is logical where they present a number of logic questions to you and want you to think out loud in order to see how you think and problem solve.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Eze Software in February 2015.

    Interview

I submitted my interview online and was contacted by HR a few days later. First was a phone call by HR to go over the position and your resume. Next is a skype interview with 2 members of the team you are interviewing with (GCTS,Connectivity,or QA). They asked me questions about my previous experience why eze, why fin tech, was I happy with my GPA, how I heard about the position, best and worst teams I've been a part of. Unlike other reviewers I did not get any brain teasers. 3rd round interview in Boston meet with 4 directors for about 30 min each. They asked almost the same questions as they did in the skype interview. They went over the 12 questions you have to answer online before the previous skype interview. The only exception was they ask you why they should hire you over everyone else they interview. Again no brain teasers

    Business Consultant Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ weeksinterviewed at Eze Software (New York, NY) in February 2014.

    Interview

The interview process began with the EzeSoft recruiter contacting me from the Boston office about their LDP opportunity. The recruiter took down information about my experience and scheduled a phone interview with a member of the HR team. The said HR member completely forgot about my scheduled phone interview which meant I had to reach out after waiting an hour for the call. After finally getting in touch with the interviewer and conducting a full-interview, the HR member thought I was too experienced for the LDP position and scheduled me for a Consultant role. This meant having to do another phone interview with the same interviewer at a different time. They then requested I come in to meet with the team where I was scheduled to meet with 4 consultants. Since one of the consultants was unavailable, I was requested to come in the office at another time. To sum it up, the interview process was totally unorganized and utterly frustrating.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Eze Software.

    Interview

Dropped my resume off at a career fair, got an email within two days saying they would like to set up a 30 minute interview. Interview ended up being roughly 45 minutes long, it was simply an opportunity to talk about yourself and ask questions about the company, no logic questions and nothing tricky. A few hours afterwards I received an email saying they would like to arrange an in person interview, 1.5 hours long, at their Boston office.

    Interview

First thing will happen, you will get a phone call from a recruiter. It's pretty simple, she doesn't know much about the program or position so you just go through your background. I was then invited to do a Skype interview with two different employees. It's a very structured interview where all the questions are prepared and theres really no time for any type of back and forth. They will ask you hypotheticals (ex: you are giving a speech to students on how to prepare for the real world, what do you say?) and brain teasers. I got two brain teasers but I know of people getting 4. They aren't all that difficult but it's still nerve racking as the guys wait for you. Just remember to think outloud and let them know what you're thinking. I was then invited into the office and met with four different employees all asking me different questions. Again, nothing too techinical or difficult but just stay on the tip of your toes.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Eze Software in July 2013.

    Interview

Online application - 1st phone interview about my experiences and what the position is about. Recruiter was 30 minutes late with the phone call. Than there was a Skype interview with 3 representatives of different divisions. They all seem uninterested and bored. Standard questions, give me an example when ...., why EZE, why should we choose you. Than I had in office interview with 3 directors, also same type of questions. This lasted about 2 hrs. There was more waiting or another interviewer than actually interviewing. Entire process took about 2 months. Be prepared to talk about your experiences, especially examples of logical thinking, your experience with technology. Finally got an offer a week after the interview.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was really no room for negotiation.
