Connectivity Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Eze Software in March 2011.
Interview Details – Phone interview was very basic just like everyone said, mostly asking questions about your resume and why would you be a good fit for the company. Called in for an in-person interview 3 days later, haven't gone in for it yet
Interview Question – Why would you be a good fit for this position? Answer Question
Connectivity Consultant Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Eze Software in February 2011.
Interview Details – Had to wait for a while before I was called into the interview. Met with 3 different people. Took about 2 hours. Then the last few people were unavailable so they had to reschedule the final part of my interview.
Quality Assurance Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Eze Software in April 2008.
Interview Details – The interview process was very professional.
Started with a short phone interview followed by in-person interview in Boston office with multiple members of the staff. I had a one on one interview with some higher ups and then a 2 on 1 conversational interview with 2 younger fellows.
Presented with a few brain-teaser type questions. Pretty standard overall and they will answer questions
Felt welcomed, although I didn't gather the best idea of what the position actually was like.
Interview Question – Brain teaser type analytical questions... Not case studies View Answer
Reason for Declining – I had a better option more aligned with career goals
QA Analyst Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Eze Software in November 2009.
Interview Details – Had a 30 min phone interview with HR, then interviewed on-site twice with Human Resources, Quality Assurance Manager, Product manager, and QA team leads. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. The interviews consisted of easy to moderately difficult logic questions, typical interview questions, questions about the company, etc. I received an offer less than a week after my second interview and happily accepted.
Very Easy Interview

Connectivity Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Eze Software in February 2012.
Interview Details – Three phone interviews and one day of interviews with numerous interviewers at varying levels in the organization. Many new hires from different majors. All seemed quite bright. Many problem solving questions, some technical questions. Good feeling from the environment and energy of those employed there. Sense is they work hard and play hard.....extremely fast paced environment. Impressed with the training provided to employees
Software Development Internship Interview (Negative Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Eze Software in February 2011.
Interview Details – Received an email from the HR department informing me that I was selected for a phone interview. Asked to list date and times that I would be available for the phone interview. The HR person seemed very professional and responsive.
Received a phone call at the stated time. The interviewer sounded like a hard-core programmer. I've always believed that interviewers should be a good people person. Sadly this person was not.
The interview is technical. Be prepared to know your concepts. Also, be certain to back-up everything you answer. They will ask follow up questions.
EDIT: Was selected for a ROUND 2 interview at the companies campus. A separate review shall be posted for the next round.
Developer Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Eze Software in October 2008.
Interview Details – Very rigorous. Many rounds. Solid skills test, etc.
Interview Question – Can't remember detailed questions... Answer Question
Negotiation Details – You need to get used to the Eze comp structure where base may be a bit lower than you are used to elsewhere but bonuses are MUCH higher. Overall comp is great. But the mix takes getting used to.
