    Interview Details

    There were two people interviewed me. One was from HR the other was a Business Unit Leader. It was short and sweet. There were just three questions. Can't quite remember exact questions but they were the usual situational questions. The interview took place on a Saturday in person for about twenty to thirty minutes.

    I made contact with a recruiter, encouraged to apply for certain District Manager jobs. I have had the process move forward twice, the first time I had a brief phone conversation, and then being flown to Denver for a face to face interview. Two days later, I received an email saying they gave the position to someone else. The second time was only different in that it was done by Skype, for a different location. Though I have not been offered a job yet, it is still a very pleasant experience.

    I applied through my university and on their website. I spoke with someone at a job fair and was contacted via phone about a week later. The call was rushed and it was on a Friday afternoon about scheduling an interview that Monday morning. The interview was with a staffing agent and an HR rep from Chrysler. They asked me 3 simple questions; why HR? tell me about a time where you had to get results? tell me about a time where you had to work on a team"

    Got in contact with me immediately after a career fair at school to setup and interview. Interview was later that week on campus so the location was very convenient. However, after my interview they definitely took their time getting back to me. I didn't hear back for over half a year from Chrysler human resources.

    • My toughest question had to do with overcoming a relationship barrier, I didn't think it was difficult at the time, but after my answer they didn't look too impressed. That was the only question they kind of looked at me as if they weren't listening anymore.   View Answer

    I went through a recruiter. I waited with him in the main lobby until a friendly employee took me back to the office. When the interview was over, one of the interviewers walked me out. They responded within one week.

    Pretty general and straight forward interview. General behavior questions, the interviewers seemed pretty disinterested and not really engaged. I followed up with them but never really heard back. The internship seemed interesting, but I was not impressed by the interviewers nor the interview process.

    I submitted my resume at an on campus career expo. I was contacted about 2 weeks after that. After a week or so, there was an in-person interview at the job site.

    • S.T.A.R situation, task, action, result. You have to respond to all the questions (pretty standard) in STAR format. You can easily find the questions on-line and prepare your response to them beforehand. It was just one round of interview,in person by two managers. It took about 45 minutes, and it was easy. Another thing beside these standard questions is that you have to show enthusiasm, smile a lot and ask some questions.   Answer Question

    Interview Details

    Phone interview, followed by a live interview with two people, the manager and the project lead engineer. (The recruiter also met me at the headquarters lobby.)

    Very kind, respectful people from the engineering department. Gorgeous facility. They asked five questions from a script, required by FCA. (They were a bit apologetic that they had to use the script at the end of the hour-long interview. The interview went excellent as I was well-prepared).

    All interviews there are performance-based.
