apply, then get emailed to take assessment, if pass, take 2nd assessment, if pass, contacted by HR and phone interview, then work location Supervisors contact you, got to panel interview, then meet with center Manager, then sit with employee that does same job as applying for, then contacted if Farmers wants to hire you
