Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Southlake, TX Apr 2010 – Reviewed Feb 25, 2013
Interview Details – Interview process was very easy and the questions they ask were very easy. I was interview by the store manager first which was very easy it appeared to me that he wasn't really into interviewing me. He asked couple questions and told me that he will call me later that day to schedule another interview with DM. I had another interview with the DM couple days later that interview was a real interview. He asked me total of 10 questions from the list he had. After he was done he told me the store manager will call me sometime later and will let me know the decision. Next day the store manager call me and ask me to come to get my offer latter and drug test paper work. The pay rate is already set which start at $11 and hour and max out at $14 an hour for the position. At the time I needed a job really bad so I accepted it. which is kind of odd because other employers has told me in the past that I was high risk.. However, FedEx office didn't care much.
