Interview Details – Takes awhile to get interview; veterans get extra points which could make it more challenging or take longer for non vets. Suggest going in at a lower salary and get your feet in the door.

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Federal Government in June 2012.

Interview Details – 1 initial phone interview followed by another phone interview three days later by a panel of 3 people. I felt that I did well but wasn't offered the job. For out of state people be willing to talk about how you would be willing to move ASAP.

Typical Questions were asked. A lot about writing and your writing style.

Interview Details – When I was offered the initial interview I was told that if I happened to be in the area, they would be happy to interview me in person, otherwise it would be a phone interview. I made arrangements to pay my way to be there in person. If you can afford to do this, I would highly recommend it over the phone interview option.

Interview Details – The interview was extremely long, the testing wasn't really relevant to the job itself. They did have some very good questions and they seem to appreciate my experience. They also were very helpful of answering the questions that I was bringing to the table
