    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a dayinterviewed at Federal Government (San Diego, CA) in April 2010.

    Interview

Met up at a Starbucks and just got to know each other. There were three women that interviewed me. Mostly they just talked about the job and it really did not feel like an interview at all.

    Interview Questions

    • What do you do in high pressure situations?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

With the government it is VERY difficult to negotiate. Luckily I just finished my Master's so I got hired on at a level 9 instead of a level 7. That was a difference of $9000
