Interview Details – I found out about them through my school's career fair. I sent in my application, and was contacted for a video interview a few days later. Two days after submitting my video interview I was contacted for an on campus interview. Two weeks after the on campus interview I was invited for a site visit.

Interview Details – On Campus recruiting. Went to a round of interviews on campus. From there, I went to a two day recruiting session out-of-town. A week later, I received a call with an offer.
Negotiation Details – They do not negotiate.

Negotiation Details – Basically because of my degree I was offered the top of the rang however Ferguson pays poorly. I know some fast food workers that get paid more.

Interview Details – Met with a recruiter at a career fair and set up an interview. Had an interview with a regional recruiter on campus a month later. Had a 30 minute interview involving résumé. At the end of the interview they offered me a sales job. I wasn't interested in that and never heard back about the credit position. Not sure why I wasted my time considering they didn't seem interested with me for the position I interviewed for.

Corporate headquarters interview - two day interview/get to know Ferguson recruiting session. (Make sure you pay attention and research this company. The information is not difficult but they will expect you to have put effort into preparing for the interviews.)

The process took 6 months - interviewed at Ferguson Enterprises in April 2011.
Interview Details – Process took a really long time. Had to remain persistent to hear back from them. Cleveland branch seems to be growing and doing well. The people really care about what they are doing and want to help the customer. Ferguson seems like a great place to start a career. They want to make sure that you are ok with starting out in the warehouse and then open to relocation when opportunities open up.
Negotiation Details – Hard to negotiate in tough times. I would not recommend negotiating but I do not think it would really hurt either.
