I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Fidelity Investments in December 2013.

Interview Details – Four rounds of interviewing:

1. HR Interview: General stuff. Why are you looking for a job and questions like that.
2. Phone interview with my manager: Technical overview. Some tricky questions, but overall the medium of difficulty would be medium
3. Onsite Interview: The whole team interviewed me so there were 8 interviewers in all. Resume related questions, 1 case study, some quick technical brush-up

Interview Question – Business case regarding the current job. Analyzing a 50 page case in less than 10 mins.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation but the benefits sold me.

Interview Details – I applied through the company's website, then got an email through company's recruiter, a onsite interview was arranged, got the offer right after the interview.

Interview Question – No unexpected questions as soon as you studied the online interview questions. You need to understand what is the Singleton/Facotry Pattern, difference between doGet() and doPost() etc.   Answer Question

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Fidelity Investments.

Interview Details – Sent my resume to one of the recruiters , got call the next day and she told she would submit the resume to the manager. the next day or so she called a scheduled phone interview. 4 one on one phone interviews. Next they invited me for in-person interview. Whoever interviewed me on phone were all there in the in-person interview.
In one or two days another recruiter called me and told the team was interested in my background and asked details abt my current visa status etc., He asked for few references and I gave two. The director contacted the references I gave.

Interview Question – there were no difficult questions. In one of the phone interviews the person asked questions about java concurrency api.   View Answer

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Fidelity Investments in April 2011.

Interview Details – Phone screen with your typical java questions: "what is the difference between an interface and an object"
Face to face interview with a manager and two engineers.

Interview Question – Got a paper with a simple method written in a language I'd never seen and had to debug all the syntax errors   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – LOW salary, embarrassingly low for a software developer. At 32K could make more working in food-service.

Interview Details – The hiring process was simple. They just asked me about my background and experience. I was just out of college, so there wasn't a whole lot to talk about. They didn't ask me to write any code or solve any puzzles, sadly.

Interview Details – I had two separate 1:1 interviews, one with the hiring manager and the second one with his manager. They were well organized. They were looking for a very specific candidate with the perfect skillset who can hit the ground running. The candidate must present him/herself well and be well versed in being able to convince the hiring manager(s) how his/her skills will be an ideal fit for the organization.

Interview Details – The company had a hiring program in the college, the interview had 4 rounds,
1-hr, 3-technical and 1 aptitude.
Aptitude round included verbal also, and technical rounds were challenging.

Interview Question – If a pointer to the second node is given in a singly linked list, how would u delete the first node without having any other clue of the data.   View Answer
