Interview Details – Worked through an accounting placement agency. Submitted a resume online as well as through recruiter. First interview was a phone interview with HR Generalist. First in-person interview required an accounting test then meeting with department managers (2:1). Follow-up interview the next week with a one manager from first interview and VP-Department Head.
Interview Question – Questions were standard interview fare: What do you know about the company? Why do you want to do this? What do you bring to the table? Answer Question

Interview Details – I met with the Office Manager and Assistant Manager. Just one meeting and I was offered the job. They asked the typical interview questions. It was a small office - about 20 employees.

Interview Details –
On Emp referral policy you would get the mail from the company and your interview date will be fixed.
On approaching the company, first would be the appti followed by group discussion, if you are through you will be called for one on one interview on the next day.

Interview Details – I found the job on monster.com. I had a phone interview which lasted 20 minutes. The questions asked were pretty straightforward. I was in college at the time and when I came back for spring break, I interviewed with the firm. I met with three people during the interview and all the questions were pretty easy. The next morning they called and offered me a job. They offered a signing bonus as well.
