I interviewed through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Fidelity National Financial in October 2010.

    Interview Details

Interview was largely based on prior experience and I was interviewing for a position below my former position within the same industry. I came with a recommendation from a former employee who was well liked and feel my offer was based on that fact and the fact that I was over qualified. I was interviewed for less than 30 minutes and offered a position on the spot.

    Interview Questions
    • None that come to mind. We discussed my last two positions and the position I would be considered for within FNF. There were no situational or conflict resolution type questions like those that have become popular recently with most large corporations   Answer Question

I interviewed online. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Fidelity National Financial in May 2008.

    Interview Details

I found the job on monster.com. I had a phone interview which lasted 20 minutes. The questions asked were pretty straightforward. I was in college at the time and when I came back for spring break, I interviewed with the firm. I met with three people during the interview and all the questions were pretty easy. The next morning they called and offered me a job. They offered a signing bonus as well.
