Interview Details – The interview was ok. Although security sent me to the wrong door twice. The questions were on point and the 2 that interviewed me looked like they were normal people. It really was not a stressful setting but extra extra noisy. I grew to appreciate that noise in the future but all and all the interview process is short and the people are awesome.

Interview Details – Easy interview process. Initially had a phone interview with the HR coordinator, during which basic behavioral and experience questions were asked ("Can you explain in more detail what you accomplished during your term as a XXX at YYY Company?"). About a week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager and it was pretty much the same, but more focused on what my opinions were on supply chain/inventory management, what I wanted to accomplish, etc.. There were no technical or situational questions asked.

Interview Details –
I am still not entirely sure whether my interviewer is a real representative of Flextronics. The interview took place through YAHOO INSTANT MESSENGER... I'll feel stupid whether or not I find out this has been a bogus waste of time.
My interviewer had terrible grammar and punctuation, and though he didn't ask me for any bank or account information, I'm on the fence about the interview's authenticity. Apparently I will be sent a check with which to purchase my software, etc...??? Why wouldn't the company simply send me the materials? Maybe I am simply being overly hopeful (and ignorant) entertaining any of this.
If there is any validity to this interviewer and the receptionist position he has offered me, I'll surely advise the company to clean up their recruiting division!!!
Interview Question – There was no question. View Answer
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Memphis, TN Jul 2011 – Reviewed Nov 22, 2011
Interview Details – I applied through Aerotek and they contacted me the next day. They asked me questions on the phone about my background, such as how much experience I had working with computers and how many years of experience. Then they asked me if I could come in that same day to fill out paperwork. The paperwork was the same type of stuff you fill out when you've already been hired, so it seems like they just hired anyone whose background fit.
Interview Question – Tell us about your background. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Everyone gets paid $11.50/hr.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in San Jose, CA Aug 2009 – Reviewed Jan 7, 2011
Interview Details – I had worked for Flextronics prior to birth of first child. I was looking to get back into business world and contacted previous manager. Loved working there previously. Interview process was fairly easy because my past experience was doing the job at the company. Although I was interested we could not come to agreement on salary and I took a position at another company.
