    I applied online then a recruiter call me about a week later next she sent a test which includes math so be ready! I had a 1.1 interview a week later with the manager for the first one nothing yet...I just had a interview at another location last week still waiting on feedback, but I was comfortable because, I knew what question was coming...the questions was the basic etc. tell me about yourself why are you leaving your current job etc.

    Applied online, got a call the next day for an interview. I had an interview with two managers, showed me around the facilities and asked a few questions. Pretty straight forward, he explains the position you're applying for and asks you some questions about some tasks you might have to do if you get hired.

    Interview Details

    Awful. The recruiters are terrible. It can takes 2+ weeks for them to arrange a simple interview with a hiring manager. The recruiters do not follow up with you or give you feedback after an interview. They don't return phone calls or emails. It takes months to get hired if at all.

    I applied on their website and was contacted by a recruiter the following day. Recruiter was very nice. I was scheduled for an interview with the FCM over the phone. Interview went well over the phone and was scheduled for an in person interview that had to be rescheduled. The in-person interview went well no hard questions. Its been a week and nothing from the company. I looked on their website and the position was updated.

    I applied on line and was contacted via email within two weeks. I was ask to take several exams that consisted of personality and IQ exam. That is what I thought they were. Once my scores came back the recruiter called to set up an interview. I went out to the first interview and never received any feed back. I finally contacted her via email to inquire myself and she said she never received any feed back or information concerning the job or my interview. The recruiter contacted me again to set up a interview at another hiring location. Several days past and she sent a wonderful WE REGRET letter. I again contacted her, this time via phone. She explained the manager didn't feel I was a good fit for the center.

    Technical Operations Manager Interview

    Interview Details

    Company had my CV for 1.5 months. After 5 weeks, I received an e-mail that appointment times would be sent out in the next week. When not receiving one, I contacted the director again, and the appointment was received a couple of days later. On the day of my interview (via phone), 50 minutes before I was to interview, the director sent me an e-mail, saying he didn't think I had enough experience in "what field service techs did in dialysis". I have (11) years in the repair of dialysis-related equipment with the attendant AAS degree in Biomedical Electronics.

    • I can see being rejected for not having the management experience (per my CV), as the job mostly entailed compliance with numerous OSHA, AAMI, MEDICARE, codes and standards. It was a Technical Services manager job rolled into a Facilities Operations Manager job (two jobs in one). I was rejected for the part of the job I knew best, which was the function of techs in the field and dialysis equipment repair. The director had not even read my CV (or read it correctly) till an hour before the interview. I could have had the interview, but turned it down as he had already rejected me for the stupidest of reasons.   Answer Question
