Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Fresenius Medical Care - North America.

Interview Details

I initially contacted the Dieititan manager at the encouragement of a colleague. I contacted her via email, at which point she requested the official application be completed, resume faxed, etc. After this review, she passed my information to the clinic manager, with whom I would be working directly. She, then, set up a phone interview, followed by a 1:1 interview. The process seemed casual, and geared more toward culture fit within the clinic. After about a week, I came back and was given a drug screening and offer.

Interview Questions
  • The most difficult question for me was why I was leaving a previous position after less than a yr (which I had only done previously due to a move. Because this is not my typical m.o, it was a difficult answer to navigate (not unexpected).   View Answer
