Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at GE Capital in May 2013.

Interview Details

I submitted my information online, completed an online test which took 30-45 minutes. The test was composed of two parts. Part one had a series of questions that required me to use multiple screens or systems to answer basic client info for incoming callers. Part two consisted a series of questions about my personality, work ethic, morals, and etc. The entire test was multiple choice. After I passed the test it asked me to setup a telephone interview which took all of 15-20 minutes. Representative started with giving detailed explanation of job. Then asked a series of typical job interview questions. Afterwards setup an on-site job interview. The on-site interview was a little more demanding. They requested that I bring ID for checking in at security desk and 2 resumes with 3-5 references. A copy of my signed job application and background check waiver form. Interviewed with 2 individuals who had a packet full of job interview questions. Answered all their questions then asked some of my own. Was there for about and hour. After the interview one of the individuals said they would contact me by the end of the week with a decision one way or the other.
