Renewable Energy Leadership Program Interview (Neutral Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at GE in September 2012.
Interview Details – I went to an on campus interview after submitting a resume to on campus recruiting

EID Intern - GE Energy Interview (Neutral Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at GE in October 2009.
Interview Details – Interview was both technical and behavioral. Technical questions included how to create low-pass/high-pass/band-pass filters, and why hybrid vehicles are more fuel efficient given the inefficiencies of power generation and transmission. Behavioral questions included how I was able to compromise when working with individuals with different viewpoints. Job was offered on the spot, and about a month was given before the offer had to be accepted.

Renewable Energy Intern Interview (Negative Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at GE.
Interview Details – I was selected to an On-Campus Interview at my school. Interview consisted of asking me about interests as well as going into extreme detail about what my involvement was in my activities. He wanted to see the thought process behind all my projects and any programs I wrote

GE Energy - EEDP Program Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at GE in November 2011.
Interview Details – I applied through their website and received an email from a senior recruitment officer to schedule a phone interview ! The interview took around 20~25 minute asking behavior questions and no technical related questions . she informed me to wait the decision and notified me that another interviews invitations will be held

Finance Intern, Energy Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at GE in March 2010.
Interview Details – First, phone interview with a current Finance Intern, very basic situational questions and questions about my CV. Then, Assessment Center in Bracknell (I couldn't attend, so we did it over the phone) consisting of 3 1:1 interviews (2 with HR, one with senior management), also mostly situational "tell me about a project where you changed the outcome", "tell me about your weaknesses", etc.
