    Interview

I met a recruiter at the career fair and was asked for an onsite interview. Drove up the night before and had a tour of the plant and was interviewed by 3 different people, HR and two managers. Everyone was very enthusiastic about the company and easy to talk to. Definitely enjoyed my time there.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Georgia-Pacific Corporation (Atlanta, GA) in January 2015.

    Interview

Received an initial phone screening about 1 1/2 week after applying online. Four days after that I got a call for a face to face interview. Interviewed with four different people and asked a lot of behavioral based questions. The company is really big on Market Based Management so I suggest you read up on that. Overall the interview process was not bad..... intense but not bad.... I have not heard anything yet but was told that I would here something within a week of my interview... keeping my fingers crossed!

    Interview

Easy process. I met with a panel of people. There were three 45-minute interviews so I was there for a few hours. The hiring manager and a person that I would work with were in attendance.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Georgia-Pacific Corporation.

    Interview

First a 45 min on campus interview following the career fair with two engineers. The next week I was contacted via phone and email regarding site visits. Site visits consisted of one on one interviews, 30 minutes each, 5 different people followed by lunch and a tour. All behavioral questions. It's not as intimidating as it sounds, each interviewer basically asks the same questions. I'm assuming this is to make sure your answers are consistent. Most questions are geared towards teamwork, completed projects, and going above and beyond. Give long detailed answers, they seemed to respond positively to that.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Georgia-Pacific Corporation in October 2014.

    Interview

I applied to a position online and was contacted by the HR manager for related positions since the one I applied to was filled. Since I am out of state, the HR manager then set up an initial phone screening with the hiring manager for this position for a discussion regarding my interest and experience as well as more details about the role. Following that call, I flew down to Atlanta about a week later and had three final interviews back to back. Following the interviews, I received an offer two days later. The total process took about two and a half weeks once the HR manager contacted me. From my initial online application, the total process took a couple of months.
