Difficult Interview

Regulatory Affairs, Manager Interview

Regulatory Affairs, Manager
Durham, NC

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Gilead Sciences in August 2009.

Interview Details – The Gilead web site is easy to use and appears to be updated regularly. Initial phone interview was with HR. A second phone interview was one on one with hiring manager. Hiring manager used the *STAR* method of interview where you describe the Situation that you were in or the Task that you needed to accomplish, a description of the Action taken, and lastly, the Result. Overall the hiring manager was pleasant.

Interview Question – Name 2-3 ICH guidance document sand how you applied them to a regulatory strategy.   Answer Question
