The Gilead web site is easy to use and appears to be updated regularly. Initial phone interview was with HR. A second phone interview was one on one with hiring manager. Hiring manager used the *STAR* method of interview where you describe the Situation that you were in or the Task that you needed to accomplish, a description of the Action taken, and lastly, the Result.
