    First round interview was followed by a 40 page application (people complain about this but I'm not sure why, if you aren't willing to fill out an application then you probably don't want the job that badly), then three followup interviews on-site. There was a personality test that I found to be very interesting! The questions make you think and I had not previously been interviewed in this manner. The amount of interviewing that is conducted is impressive as they seem to screen very thoroughly for a match.

    Interview Details

    Went in to fill out an application, the first application wasn't that long. The usual questions were asked considering this is a security position. The first interview was short and the woman I spoke to was very polite and was straight to the point. The second application is a booklet that takes a very long time to fill out, be prepared to provide all of your siblings information I.E. address and phone numbers. Also be prepared with 4 neighborhood references that aren't in the same house or related in any way to you and 4 professional references as well.

    13 interviews over 3 months -- still did not get the job. If you are not male, white and have previous law enforcement or FBI experience, do not apply. Everyone told me that I had the job until the CEO review. 13 interviews, psych eval, polygraph, 2 more interviews, medical and credit eval, and 8 references. Extremely invasive and not worth the time or money.

    The interview process at the time I applied was very detailed and thorough. If you have all your documents with you at the time of the interview, you will be sent out for drug screening and polygraph testing.

    Application process is something serious I'll say that much, I'm used to taking a drug test pre employment but they have a pretty outrageous process overall. poly graph, a reference method that requires your references to fill out paper work, 600 question psych test etc. on top of the 35-40 page application. Personally by the time I realized how much non sense was needed to be completed I lost interest 100% 10 dollars an hour just didn't seem fit.

    • psych test questions regarding sex life. In my opinion that's personal and I shouldn't be required to answer those types of questions. They have nothing to do with working security or one's mental stability, and I'm not applying for porn.   Answer Question

    After a lot of research on the company, I feel it's not for everyone. Taking a weekend to think it over, I came to the conclusion that I'd rather keep looking for a better fit opportunity. Just my opinion though, could be the perfect fit for many.

    Initial interview with HR was an easy and friendly experience, but the company's recruitment process is ridiculous. I understand the need for having heavy screening for security officers, but do I really need to be hooked up to a polygraph for an office position??? You will have to fill out a 40 page application, and you will be asked about if you have ever taken drugs, ever taken prescription meds that were not yours, have you ever seen a psychiatrist. The whole process is extremely invasive and unnecessary.

    On top of all this, women are not allowed to wear pants in the corporate office. I don't even see how that is legal. This is 2013, not the Mad Men era.

    The actual interview process was relatively simple. I only had one interview with the branch manager and was offered a position on the spot. The job application process, however, was incredibly thorough. The amount of paperwork was tremendous. The long-form application was longer and more in-depth than the paperwork I had to complete to obtain a security clearance for the military. References, police records checks, etc... everything was very drawn out and took almost two weeks to complete.
