I was called an hour later for a second interview which was one on one and i was offered the job.

    Interview

It was a group interview where we all did an activity to show how well we worked with each other. They were looking for those who had leadership skills and a good personality. Also, they wanted those who were patient and would be able to provide customer service that they were looking for.

    Interview

Group Interview, with all department heads and manager overseeing. They had us draw a picture of what we viewed our position doing. We then presented our drawing, explaining it as well, and told a little about ourselves. After that, they passed out cards with different scenarios on them and had us discuss out loud what You as the employee should do. When we were done with that, they had us tell them what we WOULDN'T do. If you made it through the first interview you were contacted the next day for a second interview with the head of the department you applied for.

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at H E B (College Station, TX).

    Interview

This was the easiest interview of my life. It was a group/panel interview in which we introduced ourselves. They had us draw pictures of what we thought we would look like serving others. They also asked us how to respond in certain situations. As long as you can maintain eye contact and answer these questions with a smile, you should fare well.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at H E B (Austin, TX) in June 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and within a week or two, a manager called me for a phone screening interview. They had basic questions such as availability, previous work experience(and if you've ever gotten fired) and why do you want to work at HEB. Really Easy. I was scheduled for an interview the next day. The interview was fairly easy and laid back; it only took about 15 minutes. It was one on one with one of the managers. I was offered the position pending a background check, which took about a week.

    Interview

The application was online. I visited the store to notify the department manager that I had applied for a position at which point they scheduled an interview for me with the department manager, I was asked about my work history and why I would like to work for this company, I then did a personality test, and drug screen, and was later interviewed by the store manager, and was asked pretty much the same questions as before.

    Interview

Group interview first, and after that it is up to the hiring manager on how many more interviews are required. I was offered a job on my second interview, which was just me and my new manager. One major tip I can offer is always be the first one to speak up, and don't be scared. be friendly and enthusiastic.
